Bonus and Incentives

• A ₱100 daily credit will be given when at least 5 customer heads are obtained in a day.
• Obtaining 20 or more customer heads in one day earns an additional ₱50 bonus.
• Obtaining a total of 250 customer heads within 15 days qualifies for an ₱800 incentive.

Penalty Rules

• Being 30 minutes late will result in 1 penalty.
• Each penalty corresponds to a ₱2 deduction.
• If you time out without finishing all assigned QA's or On Holds, 1 penalty will be applied for each unfinished order.
